While many times it is easy to implement your feedback should we just give you a button, we deliberate in coming up with a solution does not require clicking of buttons. While it takes longer to have the feature available for you, in long run we believe not taking such shortcuts will make your processes efficient and your company more profitable.
Most of the our company is self funded and we strive to keep sound financial efficiency. We always have a minimum of one year financial reserve to continue running and building the platform without any external income. We are a small team and this means we are calibrated(read slow) in hiring and growing our team to our financial reserve. Every new person hired increases our reserve requirements. This might slow us down, but in return it makes us a reliable partner for our team and you. If we ever go out of business, we promise to provide you with one year advance notice and a complete copy of the software platform. So you can continue building on the platform should you wish to and we can help train your development team.
We know starting and running a business is hard, it's even harder for underprivileged. Hence we currently do and promise to continue offering heavily discounted packages for businesses run by immigrants, females, other minority groups, underprivileged individual looking to start a company and entrepreneurs from developing nations. We thank all our clients that allows us to make this happen. On the other side, this means we do have different prices for different clients.
