We are hiring April 2020: Customer Success Team

If you have been looking for the right opportunity to break into the software industry, we are the place! We are looking for an organized, self-driven, customer experience enthusiast with an interest in software, to join our Onboarding and Implementations team.  You will be an integral part of our new partner onboarding process. In this role, you will be building the Pro accounts to be used by our new Partners who are going through the onboarding process.

What you'll be doing  
  • Work alongside the Onboarding Specialist to implement new partners to Pro accounts
  • Manage a pipeline of new partner build requests using a combination of tools and resources
  • Install Pro account booking buttons on new partner’s websites through various CMS platforms
  • Work multi-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations 
  • Data Entry, simple coding and website management, daily.

If you have these, we'd do a backflip

  • Basic level HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Prior Experience with Wordpress, Squarespace, Wix or Weebly
  • Experience with SalesForce
  • Business-level Spanish language skills
